My Pension Online is our member self-service facility.
On this secure service you can:
- access your pension details
- update some of your personal information
- access and update any death grant lump sum nominations you've made
- access documents and correspondence (including your annual benefit statement when it’s ready)
- work out pension estimates
How to create an account
My Pension Online has been updated. To access it, you’ll need to create an account. The steps are different for people who’ve registered before and those who are signing up for the first time:
You've previously registered for My Pension Online
You’ll need to create an account on your first visit to the new platform. The registration process is easy to follow. You will need to provide your mobile number to get a one-time passcode to log in.
If you don’t have a mobile phone, please contact us. We can arrange for the passcode to be sent to your email instead.
You're new to My Pension Online
You can use Electronic ID verification (EIDV) to verify your identity to register for the service. Please have an official ID document ready (such as a passport or driving licence) to complete your registration.
