We have published a pension administration strategy in accordance with the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) regulations. This sets out the standards of performance and best practice that the fund and scheme employers should aim to meet when carrying out their scheme functions and responsibilities.
The objective of the strategy is to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of Derbyshire Pension Fund and scheme employers under LGPS regulations and related legislation.
