This page is for non Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administrators and independent financial advisors. It’s not for use by LGPS members or employers.

You’ll find our transfer discharge forms and guidance for choosing the correct form attached to this page. Please use the appropriate discharge form based on the receiving scheme. References to “contracted out” refer to a scheme's status before April 2016.

We’ll accept completed forms once we’ve issued a transfer quote.
